Knox Home Interiors provides Home Staging services for both realtors and homeowners looking to prepare their home for sale. We take the best of what the home has to offer and work to enhance and create the space to maximize the appeal to the future buyers. We can consult with realtors and utilize their staging supplies or take advantage of Knox Home Interiors's staging furniture and accessories. We can work with the owners own furniture and accessories to maximize the homes potential.
Staging Consulation
We conduct an in person walkthrough to review and recommend a solution customized for your home. We will build on the homes best features and make recommendations on how to maximize the appeal through a variety of options available by employing options such as decluttering, placement of furniture, accessories, décor, linens, lighting etc.
We will provide a Staging Report with details on how to achieve the best solution for your home. This will include recommendations for you to use or for Knox home Interiors to execute when staging for sale.
Home Staging
Occupied home staging includes executing the plan for your home. This will include editing furniture, removing and repositioning furniture to optimize the room layout, adding accessories and décor and removing and decluttering personal items. We freshen the home with new linens and accessories to increase its appeal.
We want to make it so prospective buyers can visualize themselves in the home. We will make the home photoshoot perfect for listing photography and ready for open house appointments.
We also offer complete vacant Home Staging. Do you have a New build ? Empty Home? Staging an empty home is imperative to create a warm atmosphere and create a connection and attachment with potential buyers. We can offer complete staging service including all furniture, linens, accessories; a start to finish solution.
Decluttering and Packing
The best place to start with any home sale is to review all possessions and declutter the space so the homes true potential can shine. It’s best to work through all items so to not only improve the appeal of the home but also limit what needs to be packed and moved with.
We can make sure you stay on task and keep focused on what needs to be packed away. We offer this service to declutter and pack away items.
